What people are saying

Given the fact that Air Mauritius doesn’t have a modernised fleet (some of their aircrafts are still old), this did not stop the airline from giving great services and convenience towards their passengers. Comfortable seats and hospitable staff always gets the attention of their impressed passengers, making the airline achieved the 2011 Indian Ocean Leading Airline Prize. Here are some of the reviews:

Air Mauritius

I can thoroughly recommend this airline as I have always had a good flight. The seats are comfortable and the facilities clean. Service was good throughout the flight and staff couldn’t be more helpful. A direct flight is a bonus as you can settle down for the duration. The food was fine and we always got our choice. The inflight entertainment is ok but perhaps a little limited compared to other airlines.”

Air Mauritius

“We had booked our flights through an online travel agent however due to some flight changes and visa validity we had to change our flight date from Mauritius- Reunion to the 17th Oct instead of the 14th Oct. Because of this change, we tried to contact the online travel agent but the ticketing agents at the Mauritius Airport was very helpful in going out of their way to give us the best available flight time on the 17th Oct and at a reasonable cost for fees incurred on the flight changes. On- board, the crew were very accommodating however would recommend that they smile a bit more.”

“I got my tickets from calling and emailing the Mauritius airline office in my country . They gave me a good seat and were helpful . The seats was alright and food was good . The inflight movie was good selection too . Service was good with a smile . You can check in 2 luggage weighing 23kg each baggage maximum . So in total you can travel with 46kg per person . I’m happy with this airline .”
